Vintage 50s 60's Paul Bensam custom designed Black woven Pillbox hat with Ivory flower decoration on top and accented with an ivory velvet Band and a black Net veil adorned with ivory baby's breath flowers. The darling pillbox would be wonderful for a period Movie Wardrobe department or costuming for stage or TV. The hat has a few age/wear related issues...there are some tears in the net veil (see pictures) as well as some staining on the ivory accents.
