This is a massive 20” long sleeping Hatsuyume (“first dream of the new year”) Oshawott plush from the 2012 Pokemon Center Japan “Lucky Box”. These were only available via lottery on New Years Day and were very limited in quantity. Great, like new condition, but keep in mind these are tush tag only as at the time these did not come with hang tags. Instead the bags themselves had the tag.
